Long Term Care Facility Cycle Menu

For my Food Systems Management class, we were required to create a cycle menu for a theoretical long term care facility. Some requirements for this project were to ensure that each menu was nutritionally adequate for a geriatric community, as well as make sure that meal options were tailored to the general taste and preferences of this population.
