Welcome to Urban Nourished, I'm glad you're here!
My name is Alicia, I'm a pediatric clinical dietitian located in Delaware, USA. My nutrition specialty areas include renal, cardiac, and diabetic medical nutrition therapy.

I possess a deep passion for community and global nutrition, especially in pediatric population and I hope to gain more international experiences throughout my professional journey.

I've had the opportunity to travel to San Lucas, Guatemala where I provided nutrition education to children and their mothers regarding safe food handling and diabetes care.
